How do I earn points?
Points can be earned on any qualifying purchase in-store, in the app or online. You will earn 1 point for every $1.
How do I redeem my points?
In-Store: In your app or in your account online, click redeem on the reward you would like to redeem, then simply let your server know your phone number and that you would like to redeem a reward.
Online: When ordering online, sign in with rewards when placing a pick up or delivery order. Your rewards will be available to view and redeem in your account.
In-App: When you sign into your app to place a pick-up or delivery order, select “redeem online” on the reward you would like to redeem. The reward will then be automatically applied to your total at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire 365 days from the day they were earned.
Can multiple rewards be applied at one time?
Only one reward can only be applied per check.
Where can my points be redeemed?
You can redeem your rewards when you order online at shrimpbasket.com, in the Shrimp Basket app or dine-in at any Shrimp Basket location.
Can I share my rewards or transfer points to another member?
Points cannot be transferred or shared.
Once a reward is redeemed, how long do I have before it expires?
You have 4 hours from the time you redeem it. If it is not used, it will go back to your account.
