Points are earned on any qualifying purchase in-store, in the app, or online — 1 point for every $1 spent. In-store, give your server the phone number linked to your Shrimple Rewards account. In the app, tap Rewards > Earn > Scan Receipt Code to scan the QR code on your receipt. When ordering through the app or at shrimpbasket.com, points are added automatically.

In-store: In the app, tap Redeem on your reward and show your server the 7-digit code on your screen.

Online: Sign in with your Shrimple Rewards account when placing a pickup or delivery order — your rewards will appear at checkout. In-app: From the Rewards tab, select your reward and tap “Redeem Online,” then choose your location. At the end of the ordering process, select your reward under “Available Offers” before payment.

Yes — points expire 365 days from the day they were earned.

In-store at any Shrimp Basket location, online at shrimpbasket.com, or through the Shrimp Basket app.

Points cannot be transferred or shared between accounts.

Once you redeem a reward, you have 24 hours to use it. If it goes unused, it will return to your account as long as it’s still valid.
